Don't be intimidated by the line; the food and coffee here are truly exceptional. As someone who used to be a dedicated meat lover, I can confidently say this place has transformed my perception of what great vegetarian cuisine can offer. There’s a barber next door for those remote workers looking to keep up appearances, and the lunch options are hard to beat after a productive morning spent in this hidden gem.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and two bacon sandwiches, but I only received three pieces of bacon instead. The bacon was carelessly placed on the sandwiches, and the tops weren’t even aligned properly. The blueberries were mushy and seemed spoiled, and the oranges still had seeds in them. On the bright side, the biscuits were well-made, but I found the prices to be steep—$12 for an egg, two pieces of bacon, and cheese on a biscuit feels excessive. The coffee was burnt and tasted bad, though the barista was friendly. Overall, I don't plan to return. The quality has declined since the ownership changed, and the prices have increased. For what I paid, I could easily have bought ingredients to prepare a five-course meal for my whole neighborhood.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I called to place a pickup order, and the woman who answered was very rude, making it sound like taking my order was a burden. I've experienced this several times, both over the phone and in person. It seems like no one enjoys working here, and unfortunately, that negativity is directed at the customers.

The waitress did not reveal she automatically added a 20% tip for 2 breakfast entres. Not knowing this I put 20% more in the tip jar. It was such a high cost. I went back inside to see if a mistake occurred on the bill. She then told us she put 20% tip up front. Felt ripped off. She got 40% because she didn't let us know their scheme.

A great place, with great staff. They're always friendly and knowledgeable. Not every place knows what a London Fog is. They don't skip a beat. Their food is delicious, and they have much more than a standard coffee bar. Maybe it's a bit bougie, but to be perfectly honest, I don't care. I recommend Sole to everyone I know.
