The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen - Mill Creek

I placed an order for pick-up and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, which was about 10 minutes after placing my order, the staff informed me that I would now have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Despite my love for The Rock and having visited other locations since the late 90s in Tacoma, I will not be returning to the Bothel location. The service was rated 1 out of 5. Thank you.

The staff at this restaurant were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. There is plenty of parking available and they have a kid-friendly menu. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp. The service was excellent for our dinner meal. The food was rated 5 out of 5.

First time at this place. It's was ok. Food was nothing special. Service was very quick though. I really felt like they could use some little touches here and there to get some flavor into the food.
