Fast service with minimal wait time and an ideal location. The staff consistently demonstrates energy and professionalism.

I frequently place my orders through the app at this location, and they are consistently quick, even during busy morning hours. However, I do have one concern: they often make the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew incorrectly. It tends to be bitter and lacks flavor. Out of every ten drinks, only about two have the right level of sweetness. I hope they can work on this issue.

On March 20, 2022, at 3:15 PM, I visited this restaurant's drive-thru location, which is conveniently close to my home. Most of the time, the staff member taking my order has been polite but seems robotic in their approach. However, today was a pleasant surprise. The woman on the intercom was incredibly friendly, and her warmth continued when I reached the window. It was genuinely refreshing to encounter someone so sweet and authentic, especially compared to the usual robotic service. I forgot to check for her name tag, but I just wanted to express my gratitude for the lovely smile!

The team at this location is so friendly! I have never been disappointed here; they are very fast and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, even at peak hours. Keep it up!

Excellent place. Great people and great service. They care for every small bit and they care for people. One of colleague had lost and found and they kept so carefully. We enjoyed our good and drinks. But more than that we enjoyed people service and being caring for everyone around us.
