Stack 571 Burger Whiskey Bothell

This is the best restaurant in Bothell, and it’s a must-visit! Their oyster mushroom dish and Reuben sandwich are excellent. The atmosphere makes you feel so welcomed. I will definitely be coming back!

I celebrated my man's birthday during happy hour. I had a Moscow Mule and the Gorgonzola waffle fries. While a bit pricey, they offer a great happy hour. The service was excellent, and everything we ordered was delicious!

We initially enjoyed this restaurant enough to return for a second visit, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing this time. We waited about 20 minutes for a table, which isn't too bad for a Saturday, but when we were finally seated, we noticed that the air conditioning was either broken or simply turned off. With the outdoor temperature at 95 degrees, we expected a comfortable environment for dinner and drinks, but it was quite the opposite. There wasn't even a sign informing customers about the situation, making it frustrating for those of us hoping for a pleasant experience. I thought it might just be us, but after speaking with my daughter and her friends, I learned they felt the same way. We all ended up rushing our meal because of the heat. If they are having air conditioning issues, it would be helpful to put up a sign so customers can make an informed decision about whether to stay.

The first time, stack 571 today to try out and the experience was amazing. had the fatted sow burger who really exceeded my expectations. meat was great and juicy, very good sauce and speck, and just a lot taste during. I like her pommes too. reasonable prices and very friendly service. I think this will be my place for burgers who go forward. highly recommended!

Ok time to reveal the best kept secret in Bothell. I have been putting off reviewing Stack 571 fir so long because I do not want it get too busy when I go lol sorry Stack. Ok so we discovered this gem about a year ago when we were still in lockdown. We had been fir a walk around the new town and feeling hungry we saw this place on the corner. Anything advertising whisky gets my attention. Our server was Tyler more to come on Tyler later). Being new we found out it was the last 5 minutes of happy hour and we could get $11 wines for $6 no brainer bring em on. I could go in here for days but cut a long story short we have been coming here on average once a month and NEVER EVER. Had a bad burger or experience. You can see your food being prepared in the open kitchen the Burgers are sublime suite fresh Artisanal buns fresh salads and sides. The Squid is unique one of these best sides I've tasted. Every time we have gone if a server has served us before they never hesitate to say hello and welcome back please read some of the negative reviews on thus I say BS). Now back to Tyler as I said this gut was our first server and was the best he even came back 1 minute before HH finished to ask if we wanted another drink. He always takes time make conversation but never ti the point of intruding. I have been many times as starve and we were not the exception I watch him do this with every customer he serves an outstanding asset to any business if you ask me. Now to address some of the negative reviews on here. Firstly to the person who's server mysteriously disappeared anyone who Enters this place will soon see you can observe every inch of this place no matter where you sit so unless the server was a certain H Houdini I say liar liar pants on fire. To the person who gave one star for warm fry's. It's a restaurant sometimes it happens but remember it's not the issue you should be rating it's how the staff deal with it. If you ask them to replace and they dont ok that's 1 star but if they take your fries and bringing back fresh piping hot that's 5 star. BOTTOM LINE all you super critics who give one star your petty squabbles could ultimately cost staff who rely on this job to make ends meet their livelihood. Think twice. Give the restaurant/business a chance before you sharpen your little 3 killer finger nails. I thank you. Good night
