The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly made my experience enjoyable. The manager's personal touch and willingness to go the extra mile were evident in every interaction. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.
For being a Hilton.... save your money and use best western.... first, finding this hotel was interesting.... really kind of confusing and i know the area very well..... it's tucked away in a twisty shopping area and parking sucks. the room I reserved was for blind 83 yr old who smokes..... supposed to be close to exit..... nope, top floor in the middle. Next I reserved a one bedroom king suite..... nope....it was all open with bed in alcove. THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE!!! i was informed they don't have people to do that. I was blown away.... no there is a full restaurant downstairs.....I ordered a hamburger and had to leave a sick mom to go get.... order, wait, and pay...$25.00. That's not including tip. Fries were great, hamburger was so bad, the meat tasted like chemicals, and freezer ?. I stayed there 3 nights, 8/2-8/5. Always quiet, almost eery. No one, no hustle or bustle. The poor bartender, whom you could see from lobby, which was weird.... the lobby, bar, waiting, and conference and restaurant seating was kinda all one area. There was NO CONTINENTAL OR COMPLIMENTARY NOTHING 300$ a night..... not even a banana..... ohhh yes you could have one, but you'll be charged. Next to the check in was some basic junk food arranged in some fancy way to intice you again the outrageous pricing.... I'm not picky... really, but this was a birthday get away for my mom who turned 83 and just went blind. For 300$ a night and it being the Hilton ..... well I was soooo disappointed! They didn't offer to assist in any way. They saw me struggling with my mom, carrying items, and I just felt like I could have saved alot of money staying at the best Western,Rooms: Dark curtains do NOT close and make sure your room IS what you booked NOT WHAT I RESERVED!Walkability: If you are brave, you can walk, you are tucked way back in weird parking shopping area .... dark dark dark. Have to drive to country village.Food drinks: Horrible. Anything... ANYTHING PROVIDED THERE IS A CHARGE.Noteworthy details: JUST NOT WHAT YOU'D EXPECT WITH THE HILTON NAME. Just VERY disappointed and I know this, I will not stay there again, I talked with staff about my disappointment, I was very kind and agreeable....I just caved really....I didn't have the energy to ask questions.... my mom's blindness and her need for me was priority. I didn't ask for discounts or comps. I just was glad to leave. Neither of us felt like it was inviting. In not kidding it was like an abandoned little hotel in this WEIRD location. You really have to look to find ...I will say this.... RICARDO WAS AWESOME he checked us out. Seriously folks ... look into the best western.... same parking lot.... I'm going to
We had one of our wedding pre-events here. It is a great hotel with lots of amenities. The event space is large and can accommodate 100-150 people. Pros: space is great, there are hotel discounts for your guests for the event, breakfast vouchers for your guests can be purchased ahead of time, free parking for guestsCons: communication. We went to visit the hotel and were quoted a price by the staff there and when we called the sales manager in Wenatchee, the pricing was higher than what was quoted. We were told that staffing is extremely low and only the room would be included which we agreed to. We then found communication to be extremely disconnected between the sales manager and the hotel staff. Sales manager who deals with the reservation is in Wenatchee and there isn't clear communication with the hotel staff. The hotel staff is very helpful and wanting to accommodate but it seems like this isn't always communicated to the sales manager or rather at times, the manager doesn't approve things that the hotel staff on ground thinks is manageable. We got a lot of mixed messages about what can be included (like water dispenses, audio input wires). But on the day of, my wedding planner and friends/family just ran around trying to get an audio input to get the speakers working which was extremely stressful. From a customer service standpoint, I would want to talk to and arrange things with the staff at the hotel rather than someone in Wenatchee who isn't aware of the day to day details.
Awful. The reception and breakfast serving lady was the least bit cooperative. Breakfast was exceptionally sad, is charged extra for and is overpriced. All the amenities like gym and pool of the hotel are at a bare minimum and minimally used. It is so far away from the main city that’s a major inconvenience.Rooms: 2/5
Excellent stay! For once lately got very good service from HGI breakfast staff however menu option remains limited but that is Hilton corp fault not this hotel staff which is outstanding kind friendly service. Front desk Brian is very engaged with guest friendly and very service oriented and makes me forget minor Hilton shortcomings. Hilton App checking failed as usual but not staff’s fault. I’m a Hilton Diamond honor member for decades and stays like these make me continue with Hilton but Marriott Courtyards have better food menu options especially breakfast and more consistent service. HGI use to have nice adjustable beds but no longer find them any more and more and more find beds covered with a sheet of plastic which makes you hot, turnover and sweat at night. They need to change sheets every day like they used to and not put plastic bed coverings. Pillows are always sweat smelly. Seems like the new hotel standard post covid. HGI use to give free breakfast to Diamond but no longer thus Courtyards have better breakfast value since HGI breakfast no longer included with Diamond. Generally over all Hilton has not taken cate of Diamond and taken us for granted.
