Berts Tavern - Bothell

This is a good place for music and beer. If you like rock music you gonna like this place. There is a juke box where most of the people play rock songs.

As I pulled in, I noticed that the place is packed! Clearly, enter at your own risk! They have pump bottles of hand sanitizer. People wore masks. They have a modern jukebox wherein you download an app on your phone. Quickly queue up songs from a handpicked playlist that you can create in the app or by syncing the music already on your phone. I was perplexed as to why they closed at 11 PM [there was no last call] and was told because of Covid. It seemed oxymoron!

The locals to this bar are super nice. When it’s your first song you’re put to the front which is cool and the karaoke dj is a wet dream waiting to happen

Typical dive bar service in a not so busy atmosphere. Outdoor seating has two table heaters. Small fried food menu but packs the punch you expect. Heavy free pour style bartending.

Fun bar with great trivia every Wednesday! Great host.
