Subway - Bothell West Census Designated

The restaurant did not have freshly made bread, and the limited amount they had was hard and stale.

I used to go here all the time and usually have very good experiences. However, about a month ago I ordered $30 worth of food for pick up around 6p on a Friday. I ordered it ahead of time on the app. When I got to the store they said they didn’t have any meatballs left for the meatball marinara. I chose to cancel my order and the girl at the counter said she couldn’t issue me a refund but that she would have her manager reach out the next day to process a refund. The manager never reached out. I ended up emailing customer support and never heard back. Very disappointing and definitely makes me think twice about ordering from here again.

Homeboy at the counter was extremely kind and polite, and gave me a free cookie

The store owner is rude and totally not respectful of his staff membersToday the store was flooding and with the staff that was working trying to frantically get ahold of the store manager who did not answer his phone and when he did he told them to stay open not having any care for his employees’s safety at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody
