I was really disappointed with my experience. The fish didn't taste as fresh as what we've had elsewhere, possibly because we visited towards the end of the day. We ordered the mambo combo and the salmon. The young woman who assisted us seemed to be new and was unsure about how much to include or how to wrap it properly. It's understandable as she is still learning, but I noticed she frequently looked to the other staff for guidance, which she didn't seem to receive. Unfortunately, she provided significantly less protein than what we usually get and dropped a few pieces while trying to roll it up. The staff member was friendly, and I have no doubt she'll improve with more experience. That said, the flavor was just mediocre, and the lack of freshness brought my rating down to barely three stars. I had high hopes for a great poke experience, and I really wished it could have been better.

I visited for lunch and found it to be not the best option for those with celiac disease or gluten-free (GF) diners since they don't offer gluten-free soy sauce, which limits the choice of sauces. I ordered the Mambo Combo sushi burrito, along with a cucumber salad, seaweed salad, and edamame, and it was delicious! The burrito was very filling, making it a worthwhile purchase. My boyfriend ordered a poke bowl but, due to his gluten-free diet, he found his bowl a bit lacking and decided not to eat it. However, this was my first time trying a sushi burrito, and I loved it! Update: When we got home, he added soy sauce to his bowl and ended up enjoying it!

Everything is fresh and the rice is done right! I come into the seaport once a week for work, and I eat here nearly every time. Ordering ahead is super reliable, so I recommend doing that if you want to skip the lunch rush. They used to have boba tea, and I hope that comes back!

Good food, the portion is a little small for the price though. The instruction board did not match the step the staff asked me. I understand that they cannot mix raw and cooked protein, but why can't they just put one on the side even when I order the large bowl with extra protein.Food: 4/5
