Wendy's - Boston

Do not eat here. The service and wait time is ridiculously slow. The workers touch the food and reuse returned food without changing their gloves. One worker took food out of the trash and returned to making fries without washing her hands and changing her gloves. The manager on duty was nonchalant about the situation and didn't make corrective actions. Never again should anyone eat here. I already placed a call to the health department.

They are too slow to be called fast food, only for it to be RAW food after the wait. I will never go back here after being served a raw chicken sandwich, and I don't mean it wasn't cooked to my liking. I mean it wasn't cooked period.

This is unbelievable. There are 3 items completely missing and 2 that were substituted without our knowledge. It also says the wrong total on our bag. It charged us $34 but on the receipt it says $22. The burgers also look like they just got fired from their 5th job and are ready to jump off a bridge. This has to be one of the worst experiences with Wendy’s I have had. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the 4 for 4 with an ice coffee. It came to 5.03. He didn't hand me the recipe before he walked off.I grabbed it off the machine. It said something about a chocolate something ice something .70¢. So, I asked him about it. He said it would be the same for just the iced coffee I got. I went to the website. As I ate. The coffee was not good at all and he put it in a soft drink cup. The fries needed the oil changed. The burger was ok. The nugget are the only descent thing. And I don't usually like their nuggets.

Line is so long. Doors are closed by 9:15pm on a Sunday! No BBQ sauce !!! This place needs a make over. Basic supply and demand if you ask me. Yeah you can get food here but not fast and not what you want exactly. Good luck!
