The Upper Crust - Boston

I ordered a pizza and a ceasar salad from this place through Uber eats. When I got my order all I got was the salad and not the pizza. As I was worried I wasn’t going to get it I called the restaurant and I talked to a lovely man named Victor, who helped me out and got my pizza to my apartment in less than an hour! Shout out to Victor for helping me out! I will definitely be ordering from this place again!

Maria and Victor were extremely helpful in processing my delivery order! This is the best pizza spot in Boston and also has the best BBQ chicken wings! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area! Thank you again Maria and Victor!!

Very delicious gluten free pizza atmosphere is only a 3 for 2 reasons 1 we almost past by it the sign wasn't really visible and 2 the drink cooler wasn't really keeping the drinks cold

Calzone was beyond words delicious. Staff and service was horrible, extremely rude. Ordered a mozzarella and onion calzone, 1000% recommend. However, took like thirty minutes to come out, which is fine because it was made fresh, but the people working there were extremely rude and did not give accurate timing, expectations, and were mocking and ignoring us as customers. Would order way ahead or do take out

Pizza was average but the chicken calzome was top tier. We went late at night, around 9pm and the cooks were jamming with music, excellent vibe and he had a great voice. The cashier seemed irritable but may have just been a rough day for her.
