The Trophy Room - Boston

It was strange. the menu led a price for the wine, but the entrance showed a higher price. the waiter said control, but the controls were added at the end of the beginning. he did nothing to correct!

My mom and girlfriend came from out of town for a visit last weekend. I had never been to Trophy Room but always heard good things, so I made a 7pm dinner reservation this past Sunday night. When we got there, they immediately told us they were closing at 8pm that night. That was not advertised online anywhere, and I'm not sure why they even let people make 7pm reservations if they knew we only had one hour to finish dinner. As a result, our waiter was very rushed and came to the table way to frequently to follow up on our order. In addition-they were still on their brunch menu despite it being 7pm. Who wants to eat eggs and bacon at 7pm? We were very disappointed with both of these things. Not sure if I would come back again.

Usually have a great time but we had a server who seemed completely unhinged and asked us immediately upon getting to our table What the f**k do you want . Not in a silly colloquial way either. Maybe he was having a bad night but super strange and aggressive the whole time.

Went for dinner at 8 pm, Pretty sure we had the lunch menu. Waiter was odd, whole staff was eating dinner around us…
