In contrast, the woman I spoke with last night mentioned that after validation at the hotel, you still need to pay the hourly rate of $25. She claimed you could only unload in the garage or in the bus lane, and that cars needed to wait. Once you're parked in the garage, she stated, the fee would apply. I explained that we are cancer patients and have free parking at Dana-Farber, but she insisted that it didn't matter and we had to pay full price. It was quite stressful, especially given we have free parking at Dana-Farber.
I didn't eat there, but it has a decent variety and a CVS, which is convenient.
I've visited this place when I was attending my Mom in a nearby hospital. It opens in morning but not all outlets. Dunkin and Charles are open early. Place is nice and spacious.
I recently visited the Cambridgeside Galleria with a friend, and we enjoyed a cruise through Cambridge and Boston on a lovely warm day. While my friend stayed inside to watch our backpacks, I spent most of my time chatting with others on the boat's deck. I met a woman from another country who was visiting Boston with her daughter, husband, and mother. We discovered that her mother had experienced a stroke, and I shared my own experiences with my stroke. It turned into a meaningful conversation as we found common ground. Eventually, my friend joined us on the deck, but she struggled to relate to the conversation about strokes and epilepsy. Nonetheless, we had a great time together, especially since this outing was a birthday celebration for me!
