Green Briar Pub - Boston

The food was pretty good. For starters and a light lunch, the soups were excellent - clam chowder and French onion. The crab and pork belly rolls were just okay. The atmosphere and service were excellent! We would definitely come back for dinner.

I attended the free comedy show at this restaurant on Sunday at 8 o'clock and had a great time. It was my first time enjoying a comedy night in Boston in over a decade. There was a large group of comedians and plenty of seating available. The atmosphere was relaxed, perfect for enjoying a casual beer. The food looked good, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. I would definitely recommend coming here for the comedy night, although the regular bar area seemed a bit less lively when we arrived earlier.

Green Briar will be closing this week, but I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience while it was operating. The food, especially the pretzels, was superb and the staff were always welcoming. They will be missed!

I went to The Green Briar on a Sunday expecting Irish music, but instead found myself at a comedy show. The talent was excellent and very funny. I had a fantastic time and enjoyed the audience interactions.

I had a wonderful experience at this local pub! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile as soon as you enter. The atmosphere is so inviting that I found it easy to strike up conversations with other patrons at the bar. Despite stopping in alone, I quickly found myself chatting with a group of guys, many of whom were locals or from Ireland, and all were very friendly. The pub has a charming old Irish feel with its wood finish. While I only had a beer before heading back out, I regret not staying longer to try the food.
