Fantastic dinner! Made by daughters 22nd bday very special.

Awful service. Brought our meal before our appetizers, drinks tasted like nail polish remover, and had to ask the manager for the check.

Beyond disappointed in the service here. Looking at the reviews I was automatically anticipating a wonderful experience. Called three weeks in advance to schedule a birthday dinner and subsequent event in Boston. Received a confirmation via text for the reservation immediately after. Two weeks later, a week before the reservation, received a call from the manager stating that they booked a party for the day of the reservation and are sorry but no longer have availability. Upon speaking with the manager, he stated that they scheduled the event the week before. I asked why they 1) booked a party on a day they already accepted reservations and 2)didn 't have the courtesy of calling immediately to help provide a better chance of us finding new reservations, on the weekend, in Boston, one week prior to an event. He had no explanation except for being sorry and understood . Clearly neither of which was true or it wouldn 't have happened terrible work ethic and entitled to do as they please. Evidently customers are not important.

As always, the food was excellent. Unfortunately, our server was lacking. They seemed generally uninterested in providing us with good service, offering minimal attention throughout our meal. Their energy was low, and they spoke very little. We've dined at Terra frequently and love the atmosphere and the cuisine, but the service needs to improve. It's important to hire servers who genuinely care about their jobs and engage with the customers. We left feeling disappointed with our server this time.

The service was beyond expectations. Christian was very friendly and kind and suggested to us the best dishes.Food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. We sat in the outdoor seating area.
