Starbucks - Boston

The customer service was incredibly poor, and the staff seemed poorly trained.

The restaurant was supposed to open at 8:30, but it closed at 8:00. I arrived at 8:03, and when I checked the door, it was unlocked, but there was no one inside.

My corgi and I have visited this place more times than I care to admit, but the staff is just so friendly that I can’t help but love returning! They always shower Benny, my corgi, with so much affection that he naturally convinces me to go back, haha!

My friend accidentally spilled my drink, and they promptly replaced it at no cost. The service was excellent and quick.
