Starbucks - Boston

Every time I go this Starbucks they are always friendly Shea! I swear knows my order .. when my order is messed up she always takes care of me! Despite them very busy they move those orders!! I see why she?s one of the managers keep up the great work Starbucks ??????????

First, the hours on google is wrong. I was on my way to go to another cafe and was surprised to see that the store is open. Second, the cashier could care less what I was ordering or what I wanted. Had to repeat 3 times to place an order. Worst part, still didn?t help reload the card before charging. When I asked if the charging was done, she just gave me an ?oops? attitude and did nothing to make it right again. The barista was nice so I?m leaving an average star rating. But won?t return.

The employees are extremely friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs, which I love. However, this location is frequently closed during their stated business hours for no clear reason, almost always sold out of Starbucks' most popular products, and often bungles pick-up orders. Bummer!

Just like any other place, coffee is expensive, lemme tell ya! This location in particular gets very busy around lunch time.

Plan ahead with the expectation to wait a long time. A looong time. Pro Tip: Pretend to be happy waiting 20 min+ for a latte or you may end up waiting longer. Friendly staff but will never go back.
