Starbucks - Boston

The people there do the best costume service ever. They’re sweet, make sure you will have the perfect amount of sugar on your drink and ask you what’s the right way to pronounce your name.

Great food and staff but can get pretty crowded at times. The line can sometimes be out the door and the waiting area to grab a drink can get really held up if you're there during busy hours.

There's one barista who's always here who's just lovely. always asks how to spell names, fast and efficient but still has time for a joke or compliment: they do make mistakes sometimes but given the customer:barista ratio i can't really blame them. always very apologetic and quick to find a solution. as far as college student infested starbucks go this one is really on top of it imo

A usual Starbucks, nothing out of the ordinary. Just a tight fit in the back as you wait for your coffee. Perhaps fewer floor stands for coffee bugs and brew-at-home machines would make it easier to move around.

Staff is good, but given the tiny space and the plethora of Berklee kids content to use it as their own private dorm annex, they really should enforce some anti-loitering policies. Kids, you've got your very own plush lobbies roght across the street and right around the corner that we grownups can't use. Show some consideration and relocate after a reasonable amount of time.
