Playa Bowls - Boston

Tried for the first time yesterday....so amazingly good! Very refreshing to be able to buy food out and have it be healthy! I got the acai power bowl both yesterday and today. It's like healthy indulgent ice cream almost! I love how customizable everything is! You start with the bowl the most closely matches what you want, and then add/subtract items. For instance, I swapped out peanut butter and added nutella to today's acai power bowl. YUM to both!!!! The prices are decent for what you get, and in line with the unhealthy food all around them. The bowls are filling but don't leave me feeling stuffed, and I don't need a snack in the afternoon!

It?s absolutely good! I highly recommend this place. I?ve been craving for something sweet (but healthy! and this place is the best for smoothie bowls. They have different blends from Pitaya, açaí, etc.

The açai bowls here are really quite good. And the prices are fair. My only issue is the fruit seems to be coated in some sort of sugary liquid and isn?t just plain fresh fruit. I like that they put the granola on the bottom instead of just all the açai being there. And the one dollar add-on for almond butter was a generous helping.

Ordered while there was no one here! They were working on a couple of mobile orders but in total it took 30 minutes to get 1 bowl!! I understand that there are mobile orders before me, however once a line formed they started getting bowls at much quicker. A line formed about 10 minutes after we ordered, and they all got there bowls a lot sooner where as we waited half an hour. Nonetheless, the açaí bowl was very good. Will be back with hopefully a better experience. Definitely try the Nutella açaí bowl!!!

I ordered three items from UberEATS, but they forgot one of them. In addition to that, I have an issue with this location not sealing the tops of their cups, like those used for smoothies. When it comes to deliveries, the cups should be securely sealed. You can't just rely on everyone to handle orders the way they should be.
