Pastoral Artisan Pizza Kitchen - Boston

Went a few weeks ago while I was in town for work. Perfect spot for dinner if you’re in town for anything at the convention center. I recommend making a reservation, though they have bar seating for walk ins even if their table service is full. Loved the staff, loved the food (ask for a side of balsamic, it’s amazing). I highly recommend the broccolini starter.

This place was just outstanding. Quick service, inviting atmosphere and wonderful food. The octopus salad blew me away with perfectly cooked octopus that had a creamy texture surrounded by fennel and topped with a herb dressing. I had the pizza Bianca fungi, also with a creamy sauce that was a little tangy on a beautifully thin crust from a wood fired oven. All topped off with a salty chocolate mousse with balsamic vinegar. Wow.
