I placed an order for coffee pods on the Nespresso website and was disappointed when they did not arrive after 10 days, with no notification of a delay in shipment. When I contacted customer support via chat, I was informed that there was an issue with the shipping carrier and they were unable to provide a timeframe for when the coffee pods would be shipped. They offered to cancel my order and create a new one, but I declined as I did not want to repeat the same experience. I inquired about returning the coffee machine since it was pointless to have it without the necessary supply of coffee pods. Customer support agreed and provided a return label. When I expressed my frustration on Twitter, I was informed that I could not return the machine after 30 days. Nespresso does not have a reliable shipping platform and does not seem to prioritize resolving delayed shipments or ensuring that customers are able to use their coffee machines.
The Boutique in Boston is subpar. I would rate it one star out of a possible five. We purchased a silver Virtuo Plus machine, which broke within two weeks. Despite following all instructions in the manual to fix and clean it, the machine would not work. There are numerous negative reviews about the Virtuo Plus, but we initially dismissed them as bad luck. However, it became clear that the machine itself is faulty. When we tried to use the warranty, we received an empty box in return. After contacting customer service, they admitted their mistake and sent us a black Virtuo Plus that was clearly used and still malfunctioning. We returned it and received another used black machine with coffee stains. It seems like the company may be trying to offload unusable products onto unsuspecting customers. I would advise against purchasing a Virtuo Plus from this store.
Wow! This restaurant is fantastic. Aric (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is a gem. I am so grateful for all of Aric's help - they are so positive and kind. The highlight of my Sunday was visiting the Nespresso shop. They pay close attention to detail and are very knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars.
This place is and was fantastic! nour spent more time finding me the right coffee and combo for me and the family. they also gave me the information about all the different machines and how they worked to make sure we had the right ones! the service was incredibly brilliant! thank you, nour!
Line outside waiting for it to open, people are inside people inside not responding to knocks. Horrible service. Regretting buying machine
