Neptune Oyster is one of those special places…that sticks in your mind after a visit and makes you want to return. But its tricky getting inside and getting seated takes some determination. The line forms well before opening time on most days its best to wait for off hours dining to sneak into the small room and grab a seat at the beautiful Carrara marble oyster bar. Always fun to go, over the years but this time was a little less magical. 6 oysters to start with some white and the Spanish octopus. Delicious. The main, scallops, was good but came out cold. Cold plate. Cold scallops. Cold duck confit. Jet lagged and hungry I just ate it but did provide feedback.
