The staff here are consistently professional during every visit, always attentive and efficient in getting orders out promptly. This is likely the most dependable spot for a quick breakfast and coffee in the morning.

To make matters worse, a manager was nearby and clearly heard what was happening at the shake machine. Even though she overheard the conversation between me and the employee, she simply turned away and continued chatting with another staff member in another language. This made me uncomfortable, especially when they both glanced at me, then back at each other, laughing loudly. I found that behavior very unprofessional. Recently, the service and food quality have significantly declined. I believe the store manager and other management staff need to come together and address these issues if they haven’t already. Moreover, it would be beneficial for management to support their team when situations like mine arise, instead of shrugging it off.

I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and perfect for a quick bite. I highly recommend it!
