Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe food was very good and plenty. We have leftovers. Food stayed hot all throughout. We even walked a few blocks to our hotel and it was still piping hot. Very friendly, too. Next time in town and area will definitely try some other menu items.
Ordered a combo plate with pulled chicken and paid extra for burnt ends which were fantastic. As a side tried the Texas caviar, a Tex-Mex bean salad consisting of black-eyed peas lightly pickled in a vinaigrette-style dressing. It was delicious, too.
Larry catered a big lunch for us yesterday at our law firm, and for the rest of the day people could not stop talking about how good the food was. Growing up in Texas, I was so excited to have found a place that makes BBQ similar to what I grew up with and loved. I deeply regretted not snagging a plate of leftovers to bring home, but hey, that just means I need to take a drive over to Southie very soon.We had chicken, turkey, and pulled pork, all cooked perfectly and delicious. For sides, we did the cowboy beans, collard greens, and mac and cheese which were all packed with flavor and had everyone kept going back for seconds. Everything was fresh and HOT (temperature) which is always a nice surprise with catering. The sauces provided were fantastic I did not catch all the names but they offer all sorts of regional options so whatever style of BBQ you are missing, you can have. There was a wide range of spice levels too, for those of you who don't like as much heat. I cannot wait to go back and try more of this menu. I have already been eyeballing future orders. Overpriced poor quality food. Just a bunch of basic, mindlessly cooked ingredients tossed together. Does not fit the standard of the area. What's worse? A smarmy chef that cannot cook.
Ordered the catfish, fried chicken, and the burnt ends. Perfectly delicious. Will absolutely come again. Larry’s a real one.Food: 5/5
