La Casa De Pedro Tapas And Ceviche

I can't provide a detailed review of my friend's 40th birthday dinner at La Casa de Pedro Tapas and Ceviche Bar because we found out just days before our reservation that the restaurant was closed, and they didn't notify us. We had to scramble to find another restaurant that could accommodate us on short notice. I'm disappointed for two reasons: first, that the restaurant was closed, and second, that OpenTable didn't inform us of the closure.

Restaurant was closed! how can we not open a reservation for somewhere.

Steak came over after an hour. it took 30 minutes to get boiled steak out. then twice for said steak said management, the “Great” removed only one of the additional streak fees from our bill and one appetizer, instead of just the double steak charge overall ̄ (data) ̄

I really enjoy this restaurant and have visited it multiple times with different groups of people. It's a great spot for birthdays, catching up with friends, or taking the family out for dinner when they visit. The servers and bartender were very friendly during my recent visit. I do find the location a bit unusual, but I sincerely hope they thrive because I wouldn't want to see it close down! It's usually a quiet place since it's one of the few restaurants in the area that isn't directly on the water.

Depending on the night, the atmosphere can be tranquil and perfect for relaxed conversations, or it can be bustling with a fantastic live band, creating a more vibrant environment. We visited on a rainy Thursday in June when it was peaceful—an ideal setting to catch up with foodie friends who had flown in from out of town. The food was excellent; we sampled four different ceviches and four tapas plates, and I can honestly say there was nothing I wouldn’t recommend—everything was flavorful. The staff and owner were friendly and truly genuine. I look forward to returning soon.
