Dunkin' - Boston

I work at another Dunkin' location in the greater Boston area and often stop by this one when I take public transportation. Each time I've visited, the staff has been friendly, calm, and relaxed. Being an essential worker during the pandemic is challenging, especially in a busy shop, but all the employees managed it wonderfully. I even found myself envious of how clean the place was; things can get a bit messy behind the counter at my store sometimes, but this location is tidier than ever. I think people are more likely to leave reviews after a negative experience, but all my visits here have been pleasant. Plus, everything I’ve ordered has tasted fantastic.

I've always used the mobile app to place my orders on the go at this location. The food is always served hot, and if my order isn't ready, they quickly prepare it for me. I've never had any issues with them, and the staff is very friendly.
