Following the advice of other reviewers, I ordered pizza and found that the menu was a bit overpriced for pub food, but expected for a hotel restaurant near a major airport. While there are better options in East Boston, I decided to prioritize comfort over cost. The manager even personally delivered my food to the table when the server was busy. In summary, this was a decent dining experience for a hotel restaurant at the airport. It may not compare to some of the great restaurants in East Boston or Back Bay, but considering its location in a bustling city like Boston, it's not bad. Guests should understand that they are paying for convenience and adjust their expectations accordingly. I will likely return in the future.
The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. I would definitely recommend trying the Guinness Pie and the Lobster Roll.
The food and service were great, but the atmosphere was not suitable for families with children. There were over 15 kids in the restaurant and they were showing MMA fights on multiple TVs, which we found inappropriate. The choice of programming was not child-friendly given the presence of so many children.
Publik House is a restaurant located right at Boston Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers or those picking up friends and family. It is a lovely spot for a quick, satisfying meal with friends or family or even on your own. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. Make sure to try their excellent burger, which is also affordable.
The restaurant is pricey and the food is not worth the cost. I ordered a hamburger and sweet potato fries one evening, the burger was decent but the fries were soggy. The fish and chips I had the next day were disappointing, with small, over-fried pieces of cod and limp chips. Additionally, there was no vinegar included in the to-go package.
