This restaurant doesn't take reservations and operates on a self-seating basis, but somehow you can still book a reservation—what a scam! When I arrived with my group, there were no available seats as advertised, and there was no host to assist us. We ended up having to go somewhere else.

This experience was a complete letdown. I met my nephew for Sunday brunch with a reservation at 12:30, only to find the restaurant closed when we arrived. The front desk staff were friendly and apologetic, but overall, we were left very disappointed.

We made a reservation for brunch at 10:45 AM, only to arrive and discover that the restaurant doesn't open until 4:30 PM. As a result, we had to look for another place to eat.

Our waiter Francis was so polite and wonderful which made our experience even better!
