Antonio's Cucina Italiana - Boston

Excellent lunch offerings. The plates are well stocked for the price you pay. Highly recommend if you are near Mass General and would like an affordable sit down lunch. The mozzarella and prosciutto sandwich. The bread had an excellent chew to it.

1st time in Boston, and we ended up in Antonio's. It's a very small place, and sadly there was a birthday party that night. They made it almost impossible to carry on casual conversation because they were extremely loud. Service was good, and portions are very generous. My chicken parmigiano was delicious.

The service was excellent and the wait for food was quite reasonable. The food itself tasted great, especially the bruschetta appetizer we got. The mussels Bianco was also very good but too much as an appetizer! I wish it were either smaller and cheaper, or moved to the entree menu. We both got creamy pastas and they were good but quite perfect; it’s hard to define it, but felt like some dimension was missing that would’ve fully rounded the dishes. Oh also, the tiramisu dessert was surprisingly delicious!

Very good food and friendly service! Large portions and reasonably priced drinks. Gave us a home like hospitality dining experience, will be visiting again.

A friend visited from California because his brother was having surgery at MGH, and this restaurant is located right across the street. The menu was excellent, and you could substitute any type of pasta you wanted on the menu. The food was cooked well, and the portions were more than adequate.
