This restaurant serves some of the best Italian food I have ever had. The veal parmigiana is delicious and the fettuccini Positano is perfect. They also have a great selection of wines by the glass.

Pros: Highly underrated pizza, excellent red wine, well-executed dishes overall. Cons: No reservation could mean dealing with North End crowds and weekend delays. Unexpected: heartwarming to see a neighborhood-owned Italian restaurant. Reservation required? Yes, unless dining during off-peak hours. Overall Rating: 4/5. Despite busy peak hours, dining here feels like being part of the family. Accurate service, high-quality food, unpretentious atmosphere. Salem Street is underappreciated. Value for Price: 4, Sanitation: 5, Food Quality: 4, Menu Precision: 3, Service Quality: 5, Timing: 4, Decor: 4, Access: 5 (5=best, 1=worst)

Pizza was good and tasty. Not the best I have had but good. Service was good and friendly. No real issues just nothing to wow me to 5 stars

The food was great and the atmosphere was fun. But, we did have to wait ~30 minutes to get seated although we had a reservation. We ordered the calamari and 4 different pizzas, and they all tasted great.

Gnocchi was okay, needed more sauce and salt. Great portions. The service and atmosphere were good
