Southfield Grill - Bossier City

I ordered a catfish po'boy, and while the food was delivered quickly and hot, it didn’t come with tartar sauce. I promptly requested some, but after waiting over 15 minutes, I still hadn't received it. By this point, the food had cooled down and was no longer appealing, so I decided to send it back. Overall, I was disappointed with the service.

The food was excellent, and our server was outstanding. He was friendly and professional, and he helped us choose what to try with some great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

I went out for lunch with seven coworkers and we had a great experience. The service was prompt and the rustic atmosphere added to the charm of the place. I paid for both my daughter's meal and mine, which came to $37 for a shrimp platter and a burger special. The burger was enormous, and I enjoyed the delicious, freshly made onion rings that came with it. One of my coworkers accidentally received onion rings instead of sweet potato fries, but the waiter quickly brought out a fresh order of fries, and we were able to sample his onion rings too. The hush puppies were also very tasty. We’ll definitely be returning!

I attended a special event at this restaurant, and I must say the service was outstanding! The food was also fantastic! I'm not sure what the usual experience is like, but the staff went above and beyond to be caring and attentive to our group.
