Especially great was the handling of my little daughter, which was allowed to be “prinzessin” for an evening by the great kind of staff. But we were also pampered with great food. We're happy to come back to you again. Also recommended is your “Mühlenzauber” at winter time
We were very pleasantly surprised by the nice service and the great food! On the way there were 2x creamy WALDPILZSUPPE with fried mushrooms Croutons, then 2x delicately swollen BÜRGERMEISTERSTÜCK with ratatouille and potato puff. Everything was very tasty, nicely dressed and came without longer waiting times. Service discreet but attentive! We like to come back. Reservation absolutely recommended, table not possible at 18.00 o'clock, only 17.00 o'clock or 19.00 o'clock... Unusual! Still 5 points!
This restaurant in a very beautifully restored old mill is worth a visit! Very nice and attentive service. Regional dishes, handcrafted excellent prepared and presented! Château! Merci .., until the next time .., we look forward to it!
Actually, it should be a cozy and special family dinner for a round birthday... promising internet presence with a sounding concept, regional products and so on... very friendly telephone reservation, even 1 hour before again by telephone demand from the local whether we will actually come.... On arrival we were then set with 4 people to a much too big table for 7-8, which was only then covered wordless (despite reservation! , felt 10 minutes later came the menu card. Then we should decide as quickly as possible... The tealight on the table was only now lit for our request with the comment from the waiter that you would always do when the cards have disappeared from the table, as they are combustible... Maybe that should be a joke, but it was so or so completely deposed. We were hired to wait half an hour for the food.... And fortunately it tasted pretty good for everyone. Unfortunately, this obviously didn't interest anyone. At least it wasn't asked for a single time. Otherwise, you had the feeling that you wanted to get rid of the guests quickly after finishing. Ice for the children was just as possible, since the kitchen is closing now... Luckily, birthdays can also be refreshed in other restaurants....
No nice evening... I don't like to write this here, but what I experienced here was not nice. For the first time we had to wait a while until we were able to give up our order, that was halfway okay. But before the drinks came, that took quite a long time compared to other restaurants. My tea was cold when the appetizer came after a long time. The maron soup was average and the cappacio was cut too thick. But the main course still came, we thought...whatever lasted eternity our daughter, sat with us at the table and had no appetizer, instead of asking if she wants to have the food already with our appetizer, so she doesn't have to wait for the idea, no one came from the service. After more than 1h our main store came..Other that was unfortunately beyond the cooking point and the sweet potato puree was not a puree but a pamp with the consistency of apple. We've seen that better somewhere else. The duck our daughter had been okay. The third court was a deer goulash, and that was tough, we all tried it and all came to the same judgment. We regularly and very well eat and like to spend some more money when the performance is right. Unfortunately, this was not the case here and when you say that (so criticism is expressed)- the service personnel immediately goes to counterattack, I thought I was spinn, so something is not customer oriented. With criticism, everyone should be able to handle the service and not attack the paying customers. Impossible and unfortunately not professional!! This behavior of service has also annoyed me. All in all, the prices for what is offered are completely covered, that is better!!
