Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe, 14 women, were hosted on Tuesday(17.11.2015) a small selection of the menu was offered after the advance. it is understandable after the season. so the kitchen can no longer start the complete program. all have pre-ordered in advance (table or grill plate) and brav. after a very warm reception (the garderobe was removed) we entered a cozy dining room. super environment view of the sea. the staff was very attentive, that eat very well. Too bad that they have to order the salate separately to the main dish, just like the sweet one. such a thing is a main court. otherwise everything was great.
On 1.Christmas Day 25.12.2016 my wife and I have gone to this restaurant by chance. many locals had closed and we had luck that was still a table for 2 people free. we stayed there for dinner and were thrilled. my wife, as well as I had ordered 2 different fish dishes. both extremely tasty, hot, fresh and plentiful.In addition, it was dishes that you do not find on every diner card. the card was also kept small, so that one can assume that everything is freshly prepared. our dishes were definitely fresh and super delicious. the personal was very attentive, super nice and friendly. also the prices for eating and drinks were very pleasant. you could expect in such a restaurant, window with sea view, elevated ambiente and facility, belongs to the hotel ostfriesenhof, also higher prices. in any case we were so excited that we had reserved a table for the next day. Unfortunately, however, the orkan made us a dash through the bill the next day/night. so we are on 27.12. to the midday, apologised to us and had luck that was still a table free for the evening. also this evening we were super satisfied with speis and drank (this time we had meat dishes) as well as with the friendly, nice staff, so we wanted to reserve a table again for the next day. unfortunately booked, but for the next day we could reserve a table again. also the third time it was a taste experience as it was rarely found on borkum. at our next borkum stay we will definitely visit the restaurant again. there were 3 nice evenings in a class ambiente with very nice staff.
"Antipasti Variation" (7,40€): black and green olives of low quality, with fresh cheese filled pepperoni, which did not look homemade, small-cut dried tomatoes, croutons not bad, balsamico sauce in order.Gemüse-Curry: haptic and sensory like frozen goods. penne with chicken breast: almost tasteless.Service friendly, sea view very beautiful, price moderate. unfortunately kulinarisch completely without ambitious. weinkarte sad.
The restaurant belongs to the same name hotel and lies directly on the promenade. you have a great view of the sea. the service is without doubt the best we have met on the island. the food is also at a distance the best we got on the borcum on the teller. in total maybe two euro more expensive than on the party mile but that should be worth it!And: in contrast to the on the beach situated etablissements, there are right (!) whisky here.
If we are on board, a visit to the restaurant aquavit is a must! from the service, eating and ambiente it is my opinion to the best restaurant on the island! we order most of the fish plate for 2 people that always tastes very good!
