Terra Antica - BORGO VAL DI TARO

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tra amici, occupando tutta la struttura. Laura ci è venuta incontro con l’organizzazione ed è stata gentilissima sia nella prenotazione che nel soggiorno. Il clima è assolutamente familiare e la struttura perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare la spina. Cibo top! Piscina stupenda! Consigliatissimo!!!

We spent a wonderful week at Terra Antica and it was the best experience we’ve had so far in Italy: great hospitality, awesome food, beautiful nature and surroundings, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Laura and Fabrizio were fantastic hosts and amazing cooks. Our son felt in love with the cats Tigre, Bianca, Bocca, Mordichio and the dogs Vasco, Mia and we could only leave when we promised him that we will definitely return soon. After a long morning of guided tour wine tastings, my boyfriend and I were headed back to our hotel when we stumbled across a sign on the side of the road for Terra Antica advertising their wine tastings. We phoned the number and within 10 minutes the owners showed up to give us a personalized tour and tasting. The hospitality was unbeatable and the view was spectacular.

We stayed at Terra Antica for two nights and loved the food so much that we didn't eat anywhere else. The food is unbelievably good, you don't want it to end! All made from local ingredients, some even grown on the property. Big portions, and a great price (we stayed there as well so I can only guess the dinner prices from the final bill but it must have been quite reasonable because 2 nights and 2 dinners was only 260 Euro). Atmosphere and food right up there with the best we have had on our trip around Italy. If you have a chance to eat here, don't miss it.

We stayed at Terra Antica for 3 nights, it has been an amazing experience. Our daughter played with Sara, the daughter's owners, they had a terrific play time together. The food is fresh, daily made and incredibly fresh. We loved it, we'll certainly be back hopefully for the mushroom porcini season we have been told that here, at Borgotaro, it's unbeliaveable if you are in the area will be a shame not to stop by. Better to give a buzz for a making a reservation.
