The entire hotel is in a deplorable state and appears poorly maintained. There is a strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana throughout the premises. It is evident that illegal activities, such as drug use and prostitution, are taking place, while the staff seem to overlook it all. We witnessed several individuals visibly under the influence of drugs, as well as a noticeable drug exchange occurring in the hallways, where many suspicious characters were hanging around. We also noticed towels stuffed under numerous doors, likely to mask the smell of smoking. Additionally, the hotel seems to function as a long-term residence for homeless individuals and those receiving welfare support. My partner and I felt extremely unsafe during our stay. Had it not been midnight and in need of a last-minute accommodation, we would have certainly left. This was the most unpleasant hotel experience imaginable. For your own safety, I strongly advise against staying here, and it is absolutely not a suitable place for children.

This establishment is affordable and conveniently located near I-95, but that's where the positives stop. The interior and exterior doors were broken, smashed, and not secure. The carpets were stained, and despite being a non-smoking hotel, there was a persistent smell of smoke throughout. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had clearly never been maintained, with mold and dirt in the bathtub. I contacted management and Agoda, but my review was removed by Agoda, and management never responded. It's disappointing to expect a refund in such circumstances. It's unacceptable that this hotel charges for conditions that compromise health and safety.

Traveling for business and just needed a few hours to rest. Pulled off 95 South and this location was easy to find; right off the highway. Walked in the lobby and it looked clean, and organized and they had a room. Sure why not. HUGE mistake. There were roaches in the room 208. It says it is no smoking, but it could have fooled me by the stink. The toilet kept running, the shower curtain was broken and the tub has not been clean since installed. The beds were made, but one closer inspection the sheets were not for the beds, as they were too big and for sure poorly washed. I should have walk out, but again on needed a few hours rest as I had to me back home next day. Didn't sleep at old. Did not shower: there was no way in hell I was getting in that nasty tub, but I am glad to report that they left us 1 cup, not sure what for as there was no coffee maker, the microwave was broken and did not turn and the fridge shelves were all rip off. Sleep in your car; you are better off. That place need to be condent, and it is a shame to that city.

This hotel is minimalist in services. The entire first floor smells of greasy food and spices, not mold or mildew. The rugs need to be deep cleaned or better yet replaced. The sheets and the bathroom were clean but the room was shabby. On the first floor we had only a blackout curtain, no gauze curtain. There was no house phone. The towels were the cheapest possible, almost see through. One of the locks on the door was broken off. One would think this would be a modest price, but no. Very over priced
