Courtepaille - Bordeaux

Fabian and Louis very helpful in making sure we had good service and explained the courses well. Good choice of food but nothing inspiring when delivered. Really nice wine.

The servise is really slow and the food awful. Went there twice, the meat was always burned, not just mine!! So if you wanna drink something is okay.. it will be expensive but like everywhere in Bordeaux. Eating I wouldn't recomend it at all sorry :

Slow motion service that pretends to be busy, chewy steak, mushy beans, tasteless potatoes. Frankly, a total waste of time and money. You’ll be better off with a cereal bar.

Very polite waitress. The place is open even before dinner time at 7.pm. After 7 the place became full. However, the service was good all the time. Food was good. The special bonus was 10% discount for Ibis hotel customers.

Called in here while travelling and wished I had a Big Mac. Ordered chicken and a baked potato. And that's what arrived, a small potato and a smaller piece of chicken, no dressing, garnish or vegetables. Sorry, I did have some dry bread as well. How much would it cost for some tomatoes and lettuce on the side! Good was ok, but lookedtwrrible on the plate. For 10 euros I was expecting a little more. I wish I took a photo!
