Black List - Bordeaux

A little expensive, but it's in a tourist area. We had a delicious brunch, with excellent coffee. Some unusual decor made it that bit special!

Nice place to have a coffee next to the Bordeaux cathedral. Everything ok, but not exceptional. Maybe we had too high expectations as the place is included in some “besf of” internet ratings, and it fell a bit short. It has a couple of tables outside and not a very large menu to complement the coffe. The place is dedicated to coffee and it was overall very decent. The staff was friendly but in general I cannot help to think that is missing a “je ne sais quoi” to be a truly remarkable establishment.

I bicycled over here for an espresso or a flat white each morning that I was in Bordeaux because the coffee is so delicious!

Very good breakfast all dishes and desserts are good. The atmosphere is warm and the staff very welcoming.

One of the best addresses for the demanding specialized coffee! I highly recommend. The team is very friendly and everything is good at home. The only little hic is the lack of space, but it's a small place. Generally, I've always had a seat because I'm alone, but I guess the seats can be missing. Anyway, come on! In the picture, there was a cake at the Guinness of Beers! If it's not original!
