Very nice discovery near the great theater of Bordeaux. Perfect service performed by the manager of the establishment. Excellent cuisine with fresh products. generous dish. Good wines with glass and bottle. In the end, a very good menu with a very good quality price ratio. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Be careful, it is better to book in advance given the success of this very beautiful culinary brand.
