BEST BURGER - Bordeaux

My boyfriend and I ordered and waited for more than two and a half hours for a salad, a panini and a burger. Smoked and angry, we canceled the order. The employee contacted via telephone was a horripilating nonchalance. Pathetic

We ordered 13 burgers around 4pm, delivery was scheduled at 5:15pm. After a long wait we ended up calling them repeatedly decaying the delivery time... They ended up arriving at 7:00!! It's absolutely scandalous! (Woefully you may also be able to negotiate 30€ on the price of the order, only small advantage. I wish you a good courage if you try an order at BEST burger.

Honestly, it's far from being an excellent burger (I had taken the burger bacon), the bread looks more like a bread panini or pita and the steack looks like that of Mac Do in terms of thickness and there's a lot of sauce but all was weirdly not bad. The fries are well cooked, warm and well salted. Delivery at 00:30 (with 20 minutes late but when I called, they apologized and offered us a very good Eastern pastry) which was still nice to see the time! There was a mistake on one of the 2 desserts ordered, lemon pie instead of basque cake. In any case it's industrial so average. In short, even though it was far from perfect, we were still happy to eat at that time and it wasn't that bad.

We ordered 2 pizzas that were to be delivered for about 12.34, order placed just before the pre-order opening at 11.24. At 1:10 we were still not delivered... so very bad. We won't recommend.

I don't say this lightly, but literally, Some of the best burgers I've ever hadI'm a HUGE burger fan and these were Top Notch.
