Big, but the first layer of cheeses its past if nothing to say

With the desire to take away the advantage of tasting the typical cheeses in a restaurant with a lot of cheese cellar and advertising as a restaurant of cheese and wine, we book for lunch. fabulous welcome of what I think is the owner, very nice, speaks different languages, makes you feel right at home. Unfortunately, although present in the board/menu, it is not possible to order the dish with 10 cheeses because the cellar is closed for three days every three months to clean it from the mold. at that point, after waiting several minutes to order we did not feel to leave and we took more, a sliced cutter and another of sliced and cheeses not of the cellar. all very good, wine to the glass included, but I would have preferred to know from the beginning that the strong dish of the restaurant was not available.

We did a cheese wine tasting with Patrick and it was phenomenal! So much fun, delicious wine and cheese, and the cheese cave is a must see. Merci beaucoup!
