Przekaż informację zwrotną... so we thought spontaneously after we had translated the Rhine ferry into Boppard. the hotel bellevue here already in sight! from the ferry the bell tower in the view! on the Rhine promenade is always a lot and with wonderful weather, as on this day, anyway a parking lot with some luck was found quickly and we strolled along the Rhine promenade and scanned the gastronomy. in boppard has remained a little time. many houses radiate a high spirit. this can also be claimed by the hotel bellevue. so is the upper Rhine valley in the picturesque Unesco. in the garden restaurant “Le Jardin”, with direct view of the Rhine, the Hotel le jardin the garden restaurant of the hotel, we have closed our first thirst. attentive friendly service. it was not a problem that we wanted to drink, and then we liked it so well that we asked for a free table at the hotel’s gourmet restaurant “Le Chopin”. this was immediately confirmed by the friendly service. Our walking outfit was not afraid. we had some time and with trekking sandals and short pants we really didn't want to appear for dinner. so the fine birthday patch is comminuted from the box and tested if you are still so articulated that you are moving in the car. I think this successful and versatile variation in the textures would probably have convinced the seller critics! continue with our wonderfully dressed appetizers. the hand-cut buffalo tare with fresh crimps and the finest, spicy juicy and well lubricated. tätar framed by the old German buffalo with spices, so that the slightly foamed chalk sauce did not run to roast and meat. Very good! the carpaccio also an eyewitness. carpaccio from the eifeler kalb, but with the many good components the delicate calf, the real protagonist, unfortunately tastefully insidious. We both found this surprising because the pre-off was very purist. overall it was tasteful and yet top. we were not disappointed at the beginning. the portion size was just right for us tonight. sautified jakobsmuschel, lobster kosfoam, venerian rice, green asparagus of black whole-grained rice with perfect cooking (still a little), juicy and with the typical nutty taste. the green asparagus still nice crunchy, the rods for green asparagus quite thick and in very good cubic. now the leading actor as a crown! 4 big Jacobsms with a little cracking up. the jacobsmusks still a little glassy, so they should be, small sauce, which was also very accurate here. in a small porcelain ventilation the fine lobster kokosfoam was added separately, wonderful! so the gasification itself can dose without such a beautiful dish being drowned. the crust animal aroma of the lobster came through very well in the foam. also here worked again with some tupfern citrusgel. a welcome addition to this wonderful dish. What can I say? it became embarrassing for us. because the house couldn't take us to surprise us with three different and beautifully worked competitions four to complete the successful evening. Two chocolate chocolates were served each with roasted buckwheat, cheese and canned nuts. we were really very well saturated and the ride home was not exactly short. This deserves a high consideration and I am also sure: if we had appeared in the (unreasonable) hiking outfit, the professional, well-trained and insurgent service would have looked after us like everyone else and the service team would also have a training that has already done a great job! the kitchen scored with perfect distances between the walks and of course with the food. we thank you for a nice evening. we come back, but with full program and contempt!

We had already taken the cake at the entrance of the café and stayed there. A chocolate cake with raspberries for me and apple cake with cream for my companion. To do this, I would like a milk coffee with coconut flavour, my companion took a cup of coffee. This was neat; the cake was a poem. We sat in this dream from a garden and let it go well.
