Tends to always be a little behind and short-staffed. Also does not offer a bathroom.

We read all the bad reviews, when we visited it was in the morning and had no issues.We would recommend ordering ahead on the app and the coffee would be right inside the door.Yes, there's no drive-thru but it was convenient and less than a 30 second stop with the order ahead.We would return if we're in the area again. I gave it one star down on the atmosphere because it isn't the nicest building as compared to other modern locations.

Only had 2 workers with a full store of people, and there are flies, it is not a good establishment and should be closed. I recommend wiscasset or damariscotta for the closest dunkins to go to. DONT GO TO BOOTHBAY DUNKIN DONUTS!!

Make sure you allow for a 20-30 wait from the time you open their door.Employees are surly, unpleasant and slovenly.Physical location is a PIGPEN, in-store spills, not cleaned up, outside is a garbage dump.Locations owner obviously does not care.I strongly recommend you visit any other store for your food and beverage as this location is just not worth it.Store is meant to be open at 5am, that rarely happens.Save yourself the stress and hassle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Dirty, gross, and slow! I was hesitant to get coffee from the two dudes trying to put everything away. Maybe 1.5 stars for even the floor was littered with trash.
