Shotgun Espresso - Booroobin

Found in the Main Street, this was a busy venue for a lovely lunch. Maleny is. really beautiful town, with stunning scenery. This cafe was quite rustic, with nice food and good service. Our only disappointment was to visit on a day when menu changes were being implemented, thus some of our choices were unavailable in this instance. However the menu was varied, and inviting.

This is a fabulous cafe whereby the service, quality and seating space appealed to me. The location was convenient for me as I was touring Maleny enroute through to Kenilworth with friends. I had the chai latte and was pleased with the friendly service. Keep it up girls.

We had lunch with two adults and three teens. Three of us had the French Dipper, which consisted of a bowl of French onion soup and a baguette sandwich of beef and cheese. It was delicious! One had a toasted sandwich and the other pancake ? . There was a colada smoothie, think shake, milkshake and berry smoothie. The drinks were good. I would definitely have the French Dipper, again.

What a delightful find in Melany. First good sign was the friendly staff, then the super appealing menu. Started with two fresh, tasty and generously sized fruit juices . Then halloumi salad and broccolini and green bean salad. Both fresh, delicious and perfectly proportioned. Will return.

This was a very pleasant experience, the staff were friendly and helpful the menu was different but great food. The meals came out quick even though they were quite busy. I had the chilli scrambled eggs, was more like an omelette but delicious would highly recommend
