The employees should pay attention to how others are waiting in line at the door.

I stopped by this morning to grab a drink and a cookie before heading to work. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, which cost me $3.49, plus an extra $0.99 for the cheese. Come on, you can do better than that! There are plenty of other places that offer cheaper options.

This place used to be my go-to spot every morning before work, but I stopped visiting a few months ago due to the rude and problematic manager. The employees often seemed more interested in their phones than serving customers, despite having a full store and only one register open. On multiple occasions, I was late to work because I had to wait in a crowded store while most of the staff stood around doing nothing. The only employees who consistently managed to do their jobs during the morning hours were an older Black woman and a red-haired girl. Even when I returned after work, there was only one diligent worker, a young woman of color, while the rest were on their phones or just loitering. Over the past few years, Dodges has significantly declined. The food is overpriced, the majority of the workers—including the branch leaders—are unfriendly, and the place is perpetually dirty. I do not recommend it.

My two friends and I bought some food last night from the rude cash we've ever met, and all three of us were poisoned. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and would recommend eating out of the hotbox.

I usually love going there for their cheap fountain drinks and getting my kids slushies but, the blonde cashier lady was literally the rudest and had a very smart mouth. Everything else is amazing though.
