The Inn At Crestwood - Boone

We had our high time at this weekend. I have read some of the negative reviews and I just want to say we have experienced nothing but perfection. they have done something to rebuild. my brautanzug was amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. that was delicious and was better than I expected. the cook was great for our guests allergies and food restrictions. all in all I would not have changed a thing. it was all I hoped and then some. again, absolute perfection! many thanks to all who have worked so hard for us. I am an ecstatic braut and my guests (we had booked the whole hotel) all said the same.

Very beautiful, they have the best in the open. room was clean and cozy. they do not serve a warm breakfast, but ready to go breakfast bags. we enjoyed our stay. reception staff is really very helpful and friendly. restaurant and bar were closed during our stay and also no room service. total good experience.

Way, way, overpriced! I can't believe someone has an event here. the quality of the products in rooms, appliances, condition of the room and the age of everything in the suite was cruel. there were water damage in the bedroom that looks as if the deck was repaired, the wood rotted over the blinds and mold, there was a water stain and mold on the deck in the bathroom, mold along the crown shape, terrible water damage and a terrible patch around the shower head. the shower curtain, the bars of the sofe and the products were dollar store quality. the towels and washcloths were so natural that it hurt my skin, and the color was peeled from most window frames. Finally, the heart, the refrigerator and the freezer were full of rust. I could have had better quality and sanitation in a motel 6. I never suggest someone stay here.

I have read some of the reviews and think that there are some people who do not understand mountain accommodation. it makes no sense to compare with a five star in new york or dubai. independent of that, we were already a few times at this place and really enjoyed our stays. beautiful small bar and a beautiful dinning room, the two history glazed wall with view of garden courtyard. the rooms are clean and well furnished. it is 15 minutes to boone on one side of the mountain and 10 minutes on the other side of the mountain to blow rock. very practical.

The location would be wonderful if it was within reach of anywhere for dinner. The restaurant at the inn is very good but there was a wedding going on and they didn't seem to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. Because of the wedding they weren't able to serve food to other guests. Nor did they have breakfast because of the wedding. This is awkward because there is nowhere else close by to eat. Seems like a little pre-planning would allow them to do both. Also the bed was very hard as were the pillows. The towels were extremely thin and small. Employees were very pleasant. The one night that the restaurant was open it was good.
