Przekaż informację zwrotnąWasn’t too expensive. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious! The bread that came with it was a bit hard but I dipped it in my soup and it was still good. Barely any wait time. The dining room was a bit dirty but I blame rude customers who doesn’t care about making a mess.
The cashier was nice taking order. I go to get my drink and the ice machine has no ice. I ask at counter where food comes out if they could put some ice in machine. . Lady says its broke. I asked “do you have ice in back to put in my drink?” The lady says the machine is broke. I asked again do you have ice in back to put ice in my cup and the lady says i said no really sarcastic and rude and turned away mouthing words. NEVER have i ever seen such POOR customer service at a restaurant. Whoever the manager is or owner needs to come in and re evaluate this store. Two patrons walked out after watching how she talked. NO EXCUSES
Worst experience at any Panera. After waiting several minutes, we were met by the cashier, who was rude and had a terrible attitude. On top of it, her name tag said shift supervisor... When we got out food, both of the bagels tasted stale and the cream cheese was almost like water and had no taste. They were out of several things and did not apologize for any of it. Do not waste your money! You will get terrible food and terrible service!
Lunch is 31 and change for the two of us. Obviously, but when I asked if I could get the 99 cent pastry with my order as she handed me the receipt, I was told no sorry you’ll have to pay the full 3.73 (after tax).. then imagine my surprise when, after wearing this lame excuse for hospitality like a backpack, I received a heavy slathering of horseradish some pickled red onions and barely enough meat feed a bird. Literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from this Panera and I eat here/ ate here frequently. This will be my last foray into the ridiculous.
What a disappointment! Panera used to be one of our favorites. We stopped in for lunch, and the line was nearly out the door. Several customers in front of us left due to the long wait. My husband and I chose to stick it out… big mistake. After waiting an additional 5 minutes and seeing that the people at the front were still struggling with their order, we decided to leave. What’s surprising is that it wasn’t even a busy lunch hour, and there were only a few people sitting at the tables.
