Best Mexican food in NC. I travel to Boone just to eat at this location. Food is always fresh. The owners are so inviting and treat you like family. Ask for Richie when you go, he is an excellent employee. Overall I recommend to anyone wanting good Mexican food on the East Coast.

Awesome restaurant, they have some of the typical Mexican foods and they have items you don’t typically find at other Mexican restaurants such as fish or Shrimp ceviche, Pina Tropical and many others. Take time to look through the menu and you’ll find many hidden surprises. Don’t skip the churros. In peak season you’ll typically have wait to get in. Service is fast and the staff is always friendly.

We had a pleasant experience here. We was in town doing some work removing stumps. The food was great and prices reasonable. You get a good proportion of food plenty to eat for the price!

Food was not tasty at all. It was very dry and the rice that came with me and my daughters dishes was cold. My wife ordered tacos and what she got was 3 tortillas with burnt beef on it. Nothing else. Made me miss home more. Service was great. She rocked it!!! Atmosphere killed it as well. Very inviting.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Boone. We've eaten here at least 6 times now and never had a bad meal. The food and service are outstanding. If I had to choose one negative, it would be that the parking could be tricky at times.
