Tim Hortons - Bonnyville

The restaurant is never open even though it claims to be open 24 hours. It appears that nobody cares about the service. The dine-in meal is pricey, ranging from CA$40-50 per person. The food is average, receiving a rating of 2. The service and atmosphere both receive a score of 1.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was disappointed to find out that there were no sandwiches available. I wanted to leave, but my car waited for another 20 minutes for our order. I will not be coming back here; Tim Hortons in Bonnyville does a better job.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. As for the atmosphere, it was rated a 4 out of 5. The decor was charming and cozy, but there was a bit of noise that detracted slightly from the overall ambiance. Overall, a highly recommended dining establishment.

Please inform the customer if the store is out of the something before the payment. I place the specialty coffee with espresso foam and they inform me that they were out of espresso foam after I made the payment. This thing happens so often in this location especially in drive-thru.

Terrible service. Very unorganized Wait 20 minutes for a bagel and they can't even get it right. Guess they forget how to cut the bagels or spread the cream cheese
