My Bonny Place - BONNY HILLS

Nice little cafe. Not much atmosphere, unless the back garden is open. But the coffee is excellent, and a good selection of lunch dishes, with some gluten free. Good milk shakes too.

Aha! We said, there's another new cafe. Let's try lunch. We arrived shortly after noon and found seats readily. It was a hot day, but the inside of the cafe remained at a tolerable temperature, thanks to a through draught. Service was quick, efficient and welcoming, and the food arrived rapidly. Herself found that the chicken caesar salad carried a little too much dressing for her taste, while I was happy with the smoked salmon pancake stack and its attendant salad. Portions were larger than the price led us to expect. It is indeed a Bonny Place.

For a quick cuppa or a leisurely lunch, come to this lovely location with such friendly staff one feels like family. The food is presented attractively and is just delicious with so many choices. Gluten free was no problem and many options were suggested. Coffee is good too!

Had a fantastic morning tea at My Bonny Place recently. The pot of tea was hot and flavoursome, the coffee and kids milkshake spot on. We tried three different cakes and was not disapointed. The scones and lemon curd were fantastic, fresh and wonderful. The staff were very friendly. I note they had a great looking breakfast menu. Hoping to get back soon to taste it. Well worth the stop.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Had the mushrooms, and the relish with it, was best I've ever had. Coffee here is much better than Caramels up the road at lake Cathie. After lunch we went to Lake Cathie to do some shopping, grabbed a way coffee on the way out from Caramels and thought it was weak compared to My Bonny Place.
