Everyone was kind and polite. The manager also seemed like he was training a new employee and he was very patient and kind with the employees and the customers regardless of the stressful situation. I'll spread the word around that you guys are hiring!

Honestly.. sandwich was okay. I wasn't happy about getting jalapeños on my sandwich that has NO jalapeños ordered. A little upsetting actually... there's jalapeños spread throughout my sandwich and so it showed me that they don't care.
I ordered takeout online and was told it would be ready at 3:38pm. I ended up waiting an extra 35-40 minutes inside before the food was finally ready. The food was good, but they should consider discontinuing online ordering if it is causing longer wait times compared to ordering in person. Service: Takeout Type of meal: Lunch
Jersy Mike's used to be our go-to sandwich shop in Bonney Lake, but since the change in ownership, our experience has not been the same. Today, I watched as an inexperienced employee consistently made mistakes with every #8 sandwich she prepared. When I ordered a #8, she forgot to add mayo and bacon before putting the top bun on, just like she did for the previous customers. When I pointed it out, she seemed clueless and simply apologized. And to top it off, last week I specifically asked for no jalapenos on my #56 sandwich, only to find jalapenos on it when I got home. This kind of error is unacceptable. If improvements are not made, I may have to consider trying Jimmy John's instead, despite my dislike for Subway.
