Mcdonald's - Bonn

We didn't have a lot of time and decide to take a Mcdonalds snack. The location is clean the service friendly and efficient as usually The double cheeseburger was acceptable The deepfried prawns and the Chicken wings crispy and tasty Mc food.

Most unhelpful and unfriendly staff I've ever encountered in McDonalds in Bonn central Station. You get treated like dirt as a paying customer. Never again. Wish there was 0 stars.

Is a very suitable and convenient place for a short stop over and a snack on the way from/to airport by tram. The restaurant is big enough, but in summer it is too hot inside and they do not offer seats outside.

Macs is macs, so no big surprises here, although the local macs does have some local sandwiches. What we enjoyed, however, was the ability to get a cold drink on a hot day without the quantity of fuss and bother that this seems to entail...in most European locales.

I've been to the McDonalds on Oxfordstrasse in Bonn a few times for convenience when in the city centre. I have to admit, the customer service I have received each time has been very poor. One young boy in particular who has served me a...couple of times has been absolutely appallingly rude to me and whom ever I was with at the time. I'd also often have to take a seat and wait for the other half of my meal to be brought to me at the table by which time the food I do have, has gone cold. I certainly would recommend a different McDonalds in Bonn to visit, other than this one.
